About Our CEO, Jen Roberts

Jen Roberts

Jen is a leading expert helping organizations strategically build thriving leadership cultures that put “people first” to keep top talent and deliver amazing results.

Drawing on her vast background in organizational development and talent management, she works with executive teams in private industry, higher education, and the public sector to provide strategic solutions and guide organizations through complex human capital, leadership, and culture issues. Jen partners with organizations that want to proactively enhance leadership alignment and create organizational cultures that foster deep engagement, trust, and collaboration to reduce expensive turnover of their high-potential talent.

When she left her corporate job in 2011, Jen founded Difference Consulting and used her insider knowledge to quickly land some of the top brands in the country as her own clients.

As a leadership coach, Jen is especially skilled at coaching and advising C-Suite executives on how to become “leaders worth following” by maximizing their leadership presence, teaching them to how to work with greater intention and cultivate an environment of continuous growth and self-sufficiency to empower execution of strategy at scale. Jen takes a “no BS, calls-it-like-she-sees-it” approach with leaders who are used to calling the shots, however, her coaching style is anchored by her core values of compassion, integrity and humor.

Jen and her family live just outside of Savannah, GA, where they can often be found on a nearby beach, fishing, or kayaking in many of the local waterways. She believes strongly in human and animal rights, is a supporter of animal rescue, and enjoys volunteering in her community. Jen is also a horror movie buff and loves traveling, hiking, and celebrating life with a glass of bubbly.
